Resources: Employer Connection Gets a New Look
Delta Dental of Wisconsin recently updated our secure employer portal used to manage group dental benefits. Employers can do everything they're accustomed to doing, but now it's faster and easier.
Navigation has been simplified, and most tasks now require fewer clicks and keystrokes. Updates include:
- The ability to enroll employees in dental and vision plans at the same time
- Easier entry of dependent information
- Printable PDFs or downloadable Excel spreadsheets for billing and invoice documents
- Groups that currently receive dental ID cards will now have the ability to print individual cards from the Employer Connection
- A tailored "My Account" folder for enrollment maintenance logs, eligibility lists, group contracts and handbooks, and account administration
