Dentist Networks

The foundation of all plans offered by Delta Dental of Wisconsin is our industry-leading dental networks, Delta Dental Premier and Delta Dental PPO.

Delta Dental Premier Dentists (Fee-for-Service)

Because this is the largest of Delta Dental's networks, with more than 80% of Wisconsin dentists participating, it is very likely that most subscribers will find their dentists listed here. Dentists listed in this directory provide services under the Delta Premier program and have agreed to:

• File claim forms for their patients.
• Accept payment directly from Delta. (Note: Delta makes claim payments directly to subscribers for services provided by non-network dentists).
• Charge patients only for their copayment (if any) and/or deductible (if any) for covered benefits.
• Charge his or her usual fee or Delta's Maximum Plan Allowance, whichever is less.

Delta Dental PPO Dentists

Delta Dental PPO is a select network of dentists who agree to all the provisions listed above, plus fee discounts that typically offers cost reductions of up to 20 percent over traditional fee-for-service plans.
