Delta Dental of Wisconsin's website has been made easier to use and more flexible for your agency's needs.

The changes improve access to Broker Connection, the secured environment that houses our popular Instant Quote feature as well as access to a variety of sales materials and other information not available to the general public

Now, you can establish accounts for members of your staff -- licensed and non-licensed -- to manage quotes and access all of the other features Broker Connection offers. They'll each be able to have their own account and password.

There are three types of authorization available.

1. Producing licensed agents can be set up with accounts that enable them to quote on their own behalf and on behalf of others at your agency.

2. Producing licensed agents can be set up with accounts that enable them to quote only on their own behalf.

3. Nonproducing licensed or unlicensed staff can be set up with accounts that enable them to quote on behalf of others (but not on their own behalf).

Click here to open a document to enter your agency's registration and authorization information. The form will need to be returned to Delta Dental to set up your agency's account.

Special note to persons already registered for Broker Connection: The new capabilities will not affect your access, if you are already signed up. You'll continue to be able to quote only on behalf of yourself, as you can now. If you wish to change your username to something other than your license number, you may do so by using the "Edit My Profile" function after you have logged in. If you wish to enhance your authorization to include quoting capabilities for other producers at your agency, you may do so by contacting sales@deltadentalwi.com for more information.
