Delta Dental Plan of Wisconsin now offers employers the capability of managing enrollment maintenance via Delta's website, www.deltadentalwi.com.
With real-time enrollment maintenance, employers can access and maintain their group's enrollment through a secure connection over the web. The web application gives the employer the ability to perform nearly all maintenance functions, including changing, terminating or adding coverage; modifying address and birth date information, changing student or handicap status, and even requesting an ID card.
The application also features real-time on-line support that allows employers to initiate a live chat over the web with an enrollment center representative from Delta. This feature is tied into the Delta phone system and is routed and queued just like a phone call. It can provide support to an employer while they are on line, and offers a convenient option for getting assistance.
