Freedom to choose either a network dentist or, for a higher cost, any non-network dentist.
Large state and national networks.
Considerable cost savings when using a dentist who is a Delta Dental PPO dentist, due to pre-negotiated lower fees.
No balance-billing issues with 4/5 of the state's dentists, because of the "safety net" of Delta's Premier network.

MaxiMizer

Our affordable, comprehensive fee-for-service plan for groups with 2-49 enrolled employees.

MaxiMizer offers:

Several PPO options
Employer paid and voluntary (no employer contribution) options.
